ASSESSMENT RUBRIC 1 ROUND 1 TH should supports the death penalty for corruptors  Opening Government ELVI: Corruptors deserve the penalty because they stole money from civilians and if we put them into the jail, there are some opportunities for them to corrupt again.  Opening Opposition DIO: The death penalty for corruptors against Human Rights.  Opening Government MOZA: The corruptors stole civilians’ money and use the money for themselves and that’s mean they stole civilians’ human rights.  Opening Opposition LEAN: Corruptors deserve second chance.  Closing Government RIFKHI: The punishment for mango stoler is heavier than the corruptors. This is very unfair.  Closing Opposition ZIDAN: The death penalty is not solutions for corruptors.  Closing Government AKMAL: The law is sharper for citizents.  Closing Opposition DHAFIN: The corruptors who had jailed can never be part of government again.
